Health coaching is a way to create accountability while making manageable, achievable and long-lasting changes in your life. It doesn't matter where you think you're at in terms of your health, everyone can benefit from this type of coaching. Even myself!


When working with my clients, I always keep in mind and apply my knowledge of bio-individuality. I'm a firm believer of "one person's food is another person's poison", therefore I don't advocate one type of diet for everyone. On that note, I don't expect to be making meal plans for you either.
I'm not here to create a new set of rules in your life, in fact I'm here to do the exact opposite. I'm here to take things back to basics and make it simple, easy and achievable for you. To help you find your own version of good health and a way that feels UNRESTRICTED.

You are obviously not feeling your best and want to make a change. You've probably tried many types of diets in the past and you either couldn't stick to it or it worked for a while but it was never a long term thing and now you're back at square 1.

1-on-1 coaching packages

A session is defined as a 1-hour consultation, with the intro session taking place in person and the option of skype for the rest following.

This is your standard soy flat white, just what you needed.

8 sessions (+1 free introductory session to tailor the program to your needs)

an additional 30min phone call if required (per month)

12 sessions (+1 free introductory session to tailor the program to your needs)

Option of weekly (three months) or bi-weekly (six months)

Contact with me via email, text or Facebook outside of the sessions

An additional 30min phone call if required (per month)

We will focus on 6 key areas of your health, and I imagine there will be a flow on effect to many other areas of your life

Optional visit to your home to help you understand the products in your kitchen, bathroom, laundry, etc.
