As you think, so shall you be

You will always find what your mind is focused on.
If you have a negative judgement about someone or something, chances are you will only find more evidence supporting that judgement. But it can go both ways.
Choose to see the positive and you will find it pops up in your life a lot more unexpectedly. This is why gratitude practices are becoming so popular. If you make a commitment everyday to focus on just a few things you are grateful for - chances are you will find more things to be grateful for!
Think of 3 things you are grateful for today before you go to sleep. It could be your mum, your cat, a friend who sent you a kind message today, or even the coffee you had this morning.
